The D ring's straight pin has screw thread at one end, it is removable using screw driver. You can attach the D rings at both sides of the leather piece, and attach the golden chain to the D ring, to convert the pouch to a cross body bag. The default chain length is 1.3 meter, it is measured from End to End, including both clasps.
